Refund Policy

All sales are final

Ceromancy provides digital interpretation services, and all sales are final once a reading has been generated.

We do not provide refunds based on the content of a reading or whether you found the interpretation meaningful. Readings are subjective experiences provided for entertainment and reflection.

When we may refund

If you experience a clear technical issue that prevents you from receiving your reading, we will help you. Examples include:

  • Payment was processed but no reading was generated
  • Reading was incomplete or corrupted due to a technical failure on our end
  • Duplicate charges from a system error

In these cases, contact us at support@waxreading.com with:

  • The email address you used at checkout
  • A description of the issue
  • The approximate date and time of your purchase

We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or regenerate your reading.

Time limit

Refund requests for technical issues should be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we may not be able to verify the issue and refunds will not be available.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Disputes

If you believe a charge from us was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact us first at support@waxreading.com before disputing with your bank. We can usually resolve issues directly and faster than a formal dispute.
